Auto & Photo FAQ
We get a number of questions relating to autographs, photo ops, and photoshoots at events every year, so in an effort to help you before you attend, we have listed some of them here for you to peruse before the event.
DO I STILL NEED AN ENTRY TICKET IF I HAVE A PHOTO OR AUTOGRAPH TICKET?
Yes. Autographs, photographs, voice messages, and meet and greets are an optional extra on top of your general entry ticket. You can buy auto and photo tickets as well as all types of entry tickets on our TICKETS page.
I DIDN'T GET ANY TICKETS BEFOREHAND, CAN I BUY THEM ON THE DAY?
Provided the opportunity is not sold out then yes, you can pay by cash or card at the guest tables or at the entrance to the photoshoot queue.
DO I GET QUEUE PRIORITY FOR HAVING A PHOTO-OP TICKET BEFORE THE EVENT?
All customers that have purchased a photo-op or autograph ticket in advance will get priority in the autograph and photograph queue. Similarly, those who have a Disability Access pass or a Diamond Pass will also be able to jump the queue. You can pay on the day for autographs at the guest tables but only after 12.00pm, anyone who has pre-purchased a ticket gets access to signings first and can join the autograph queue anytime from 9.00am. Prepaid tickets also get priority in the photoshoot queue.
CAN I HAVE SOMEONE WAIT IN THE DIAMOND PASS QUEUE WITH ME?
Only the pass holder will be allowed to get their items signed or their photograph taken, no other person may accompany a Diamond Pass holder in the queue unless they too hold a Diamond Pass. Similarly, while two people are allowed in each photograph for every single ticket, if using the Diamond Pass to queue jump, then both parties MUST have a pass of their own. WHO CAN BE IN MY PHOTO?
Each professional photograph taken has a maximum of four adult customers allowed in it, plus the celebrity guest/s as well, however, if 2 or more of the customers are small children then up to 6 will be permitted, plus the guest/s). Each photo-op ticket will cover TWO people aged 5+, with under four's not needing a ticket at all.
A family of four with two adults and two 9-year-olds will need to purchase TWO tickets.
One adult and two children over 5, will need to purchase TWO tickets.
A couple wishing to have a photo-op will only need to purchase ONE ticket.
A 9-year-old WITHOUT an adult in the photo will need to purchase ONE ticket.
A couple and a one-year-old would only need to purchase ONE ticket.
One adult, a 10-year-old, and a 3-year-old would only need ONE ticket.
WHEN ARE THE PHOTOSHOOT TIMES?
Photoshoot times can be anytime at all during the opening hours of the event. The schedule is released around two weeks prior to the show and will be emailed to all customers who have purchased a ticket. They will also be displayed around the event and will be available to buy on our programme at the event.

WHEN ARE AUTOGRAPH SIGNINGS?
Our guests will be signing all day from 9.30am until 6.00pm provided that they are not in a live Q&A panel on stage, in a photoshoot, or taking a break. Sometimes guests may arrive late or early due to travel requirements so please be aware of this when making your plans as we cannot guarantee they will be available all day.
CAN I GET A SELFIE WITH A GUEST?
Most guests are more than happy to have a selfie taken with you at their table, this is ENTIRELY at the discretion of the guest as is the price and we do ask that you respect their choices in this matter.
HOW DO I GET MY PHOTOS AFTER A SHOOT?
Photographs will be issued at 8x6 inch size in card frames within minutes after the photoshoot. You will receive 1 printed photo per ticket. Additional prints and digital copies will be available to purchase online from our website after the event has finished. Click on YOUR PHOTOS on the menu bar to order.
WHAT CAN I GET SIGNED?
All guests in the Signing Halls will have a selection of 8x10 images provided for free when you purchase an autograph although you can have personal items signed instead - these can include posters, DVDs, books, action figures, etc but the guests do reserve the right to refuse the signing of certain items and some items may carry an additional fee, once again this is at their discretion or that of their representatives. We do try to warn customers in advance if we find out this is the case with a guest, but on rare occasions, the additional fee can be added by the guest on the day with no warning.
