We have Adult and Child aged 5-9 ticket prices available and children under the age of 4 are admitted free.

MONOPOLY VIP PASSES

At any time, you may upgrade your ticket to one of our special VIP passes. These special passes allow for a variety of benefits depending on which pass you have upgraded to or purchased.

DIAMOND PASSES

On each event we are implementing a limited number of diamond passes. On every Monopoly Events show, we will have a separate isle for diamond passes on the autograph and photo areas clearly marked, make your way into this lane, and a member of staff will take you straight to the front of any queue for any guest. Only that person will be allowed to get items signed or their photo taken, we will allow people to accompany a diamond pass holder but only the diamond pass holder can get an autograph or photo, not the people accompanying them. Diamond pass also includes priority entry into the event.

Anyone who has purchased a general entry ticket that wants to upgrade can do so by calling customer services on 0344 8000 410. Diamond passes are £100 a day or £150 for the full weekend (all prices are exclusive of booking fee).

FRONT ROW Q&A PASS

On each event we have 25 front row seats. Anyone who buys a full weekend ticket is entitled to buy one of the front row tickets as an add on to their general entry ticket or diamond pass. A front row seat is charged at £25 (plus booking fees) for the full weekend and will also gain you priority in any questions being asked to the audience on panels and Q&A’s.

There are disabled toilet facilities inside the public toilet areas, and ramps throughout the ground floor and outside. However, there is a flight of stairs that lead to the Cantina Space Bar with no lift, and parts of the funfair and scare maze may be more difficult to navigate if disabled, however, if you do wish to visit any of these areas, please contact a member of staff for assistance.

We have a dedicated team of customer assistants waiting to help you get the right ticket for your requirements. For The Love Of Horror customers with specific access requirements will need to register these details with our Customer Care team when they buy their ticket. Everybody’s requirements will be different, and we want to ensure your enjoyment of the event, therefore, disability tickets can only be booked by calling our Customer Care team on 0344 8000 410. There is Accessible Parking near the venue and dedicated accessible parking spaces are available.

CARER TICKETS

For The Love Of Horror will provide a free ticket to carers/personal assistants of fans who are attending that have a medical disability to accompany them in the venue. The person with disability will need to buy a full price general admission ticket, it is only the carer/personal assistant who is entitled to a free ticket. If the person with disability is under 16 years of age, a carer ticket will not be granted as all persons under 16 years of age need adult supervision anyhow. In order to receive an additional ticket, the personal assistant needs to be on the carer's register which we will require proof of. Please call our customer services team to book on 0344 8000 410. ATTRACTIONS AT FOR THE LOVE OF HORROR

SCARE MAZE

The For The Love Of Horror Scare Maze is as much a part of our event as the guests and visitors and entry is included as part of your ticket into the event. We do ask however that you remain mindful of the fact that, while children are welcome to go through, this is a horror maze, and some parts may not be suitable for easily scared children (or adults). None of the actors will touch you and we ask that you do not touch them either.

If at any time you wish to leave the scare maze, find a member of staff who will lead you out safely. In one section of the maze there is an area that you must crawl through, if you wish to avoid this part, again, please tell a member of staff who will lead you around the outside of this section.

SID HAIG MEMORIAL TABLE

As you are probably aware For The Love Of Horror special guest Sid Haig sadly passed away on 21st September 2019. We will be honouring Sid’s memory at For The Love Of Horror with a table next to his friend Bill Moseley, behind the table will be Sid’s guest banner standing proud, and on the table will be a donation bucket. Those who wish to donate will also be able to take one of the designs of Sid Haig posters that will be available on the table, kindly donated by a selection of artists for this event.

FAIRGROUND

The fairground outside of the venue is open to all visitors and is subject to an additional charge, all rides are to be ridden at the visitor’s discretion.

PROPS AND SETS

Throughout For The Love Of Horror you will find many fantastic props and sets. These are here for you to see and enjoy as members of the public and fans of different franchises.

Photographs and selfies of the props and sets are free to take on your phones and cameras and are included in the price of your entry ticket. Many of the props and sets will be manned by staff who will be happy to take your photo for you and you just need to ask.

However, there are just a few simple rules that we ask you adhere to for us to continue to bring you these fantastic extras.

  1. Please do not touch any of the props, these are delicately built props not real metal flying ships and so on.

  2. Please respect the roped off sections and do not cross these for any reason.

  3. Please do not remove any items from sets or move any pieces that are placed in the sets.

GUEST INFORMATION & POLICIES

GUEST PRIVACY

Our guests are just as excited to meet their fans as their fans are to meet them, however we do ask that if you see them outside of the event, please do not press them for photographs or autographs, this is why they are at the event, you have plenty of time to see them throughout the course of the weekend and we do ask that you try to remember that they are entitled to their space and privacy.

SELFIES

Each of our guests will be seated at a table in our guest signing area when not on a break, at a live panel on stage or in a photo shoot. You are welcome to queue up in the guest line in order to meet the guest or have something signed, but we do ask that you respect the other fans behind you in the queue and don’t stay too long with the guest at their table.

Most guests are very happy to have selfies taken at their table whilst you are there saying hello or getting your autograph. This is entirely at the guest’s discretion and we ask that you respect this. If a selfie is available, a price may also be applicable, again at the guest’s discretion, this will be on display at the table and we ask that you arrange payment for this before taking the selfie.

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

Sadly, it is inevitable that from time to time a guest may have to cancel his or her appearance at one of our events due to filming, illness or other commitments, they are working actors and understandably must put their professional careers and health over fan appearances. In this instance it is our policy to refund for any photo opportunities and autograph tickets, or if you prefer, we can switch to another guest for you. In either instance, please contact our customer service team on 0344 8000 410 where someone will be able to help you. Phone lines are open Monday - Saturday 9am - 9pm & Sundays and Bank Holidays 10am - 5pm. It is also our policy to attempt to have the guest appear at another of our events in the future so that for the most part, fans do not miss out on meeting their heroes.

It is NOT our policy to refund event entrance tickets if a guest cancels their appearance, the event will still be going ahead and unless it is cancelled altogether then no refund will be permitted for any reason for a guest absence. This is common practice at any fan convention.

AUTOGRAPH INFORMATION

AUTOGRAPH TICKETS

Autographs tickets are available to purchase before the event from our website or on the day using either our token system or by paying at the guest table. ITEMS FOR SIGNING

You may bring any items you wish to be signed within reason, some items have an additional charge on them depending on what they are, but this is always stated beforehand. Some guests will not sign anything other than photographs as well, this is at their own discretion, so please be aware of this when bringing in items. If you do not have an item to be signed, you may choose from a selection of photographs that will be available on the guests table for no extra charge.

COAs

If you would like to purchase an official Monopoly Events Certificate of Authenticity for your signing, you may do so at the table or at our Prepaid Token Office, simply ask the volunteer at the table and they will take your information and give you a referenced COA for your item at an additional cost of £5. Our system means that it is impossible for these certificates to be duplicated or faked. If you wish to take a photograph of the guest signing your item, please get permission beforehand.

SELFIES

Whilst at the table, you may ask for a selfie if the guest is happy to provide this service. Details of this can be found above under “Guest Information & Policies”.
